Screw cleaning machine provides one step to clean various screws of extruder and injector used in plastic and rubber manufactures.  Burned or hardened resins on the screw will be cut by plastic media in machine cabinet piece by piece until clean.  The plastic blasting media is reusable to strip turnaround in cabient.  Low consumption of media, low cost, short of cleaning time and minimal labor are additional attractions for users.

Besides, we supply various blasting medias and machines as well.

specifications︰ Screw cleaning machine is a cost effective equipment for plastic and rubber producers. A special designed cabinet of the machine contains devices to load, hold, drive rotation, advance and retreat of screw. A manual system uses totally 3/4 Hp and stands on ground for space less than 1 squire meter.
An extra pressure air of 5 Hp is requested.
Cart to move screw and electric controller for automatic cleaning are available optionally.
