Plastic medias in this series are produced by selected thermosetting resins.  They will not be soften or melted in process.  Hardness determines its application.  A right choice of blast-media will clean, de-coating, de-bur and de-flash object without damage.

Advantages︰ MC possesses hardness of 4.0 Mohs. It is the most hard plastic blast media in this series. MC type is used to clean steel mold, plated mold or various articles based on hard metals. It is also used to de-coating, de-paint, de-bur and deflash of resin molded part.
MB is 3.5 Mohs of hardness that is used to clean, de-carbon and de-coating. It is also used to deflash and debur of resin molds as well as reisin molded parts.
